    It's an Australian oil, in fact South Australian! Bird in Hand make the most beautiful grassy smelling and grassy green coloured olive oil - but it's hard to get!
    I love your website and blog.

    Thanks for getting the first recommendation in! Like you I love grassy green oils - my favourite so far is the oil I helped to harvest in Umbria (but I am probably biased!!)
